Adams’ prayer update excerpts

We hope you enjoy these pictures of our English camps. Thank you for your prayers of support. May the Lord bless you as you serve him.

Mike and Terry

(Left) Kickball was new to some at the Teenage Camp. (Right) Whitley and Donna are helping out a camper with his picture frame in crafts. Donna and Mike taught the Bible stories during the second camp.

(Left) Wade got “netted” during sports. (Right) Kriszti and Kinga led the Hungarian teams during the second and first camps respectively. Lilla was a big help as well. Ricsi just liked to photo-bomb.   🙂
(Left) Barnanne kept the campers moving as she imparted Biblical truth during recreation. (Right)  This is Jerry and Susan’s 7th year of teaching the Bible stories at Children’s Camp. We are very thankful for their leadership.
Jesus paid it all

(Left) Here is music in motion from the teenagers. (Right) English classes in
the afternoons also prompted spiritual questions during both camps.

 songs with the younger kids.

Update from the Browns

Dear Friends and Family,

Thank you for your prayers! God is at work doing great things and we know that it is because you have partnered to pray with us. Your support of the Southern Baptist Cooperative Program and gifts to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering make it possible for us to serve here. Thank you!

Attached is our newsletter for April. Share this with your church, Sunday school class, Bible study and mission group.

Grateful for your prayers and encouragement,
Ron & Robin

Brown family newsletter excerpts

From Browns’ newsletter – January to March 2015

Saturday, March 28, Érdliget church will host a children’s concert featuring Pinter Béla and are inviting children grades 1-5 from the school for this special event. Pray that the Lord will use this event to help church members connect with families in the community and share the hope they possess in Christ!

Three weeks

Because the larger school building will be renovated this summer, changes have been made regarding this summer’s camp plans. Instead of 120 kids, grades 1-8 for two weeks, there will be three weeks of camp limited to 60 children each week.

1st week: grades 1-5 . . . . . June 22-26, 2015
2nd week: grades 1-5 . . . .  June 29-July 3, 2015
3rd week: grades 6-8 . . . . . July 6-10, 2015

Tailored focus with less stress

All three camps will have a sports theme where the children will learn teamwork, crafts, songs, games, English vocabulary and recreational activities that teach biblical principles, build friendships and are fun. The first two weeks will be tailored to younger children and should allow for more interaction with the children and their  parents. The third week will focus more on the abilities and interests of kids, ages 12-14.

Fellow helpers warmly welcomed!

Do you enjoy coaching kids in sports and fun recreation games? Or interested in helping children learn some crafts? As a native English speaker, how about having fun using games & group activities helping children learn English? Do you like to sing, play a musical instrument? Pray for these three weeks of camp. Share this with your church. We’ll be glad to speak with anyone interested in serving with us during any of these three weeks.

Thanks!
